I’m a writer and editor based in New York City.

Right now, I’m an editor at Food52. Also, I’m the founder and editor of Restaurant Adjacent—a newsletter that saved the world’s best restaurant, rebranded Lent, and considered purchasing a Taco Bell franchise.

Previously, I was an award-winning hold music salesman (although it says audio branding consultant on my resume) and line cook. I love oysters and well-placed jingles.
